The front desk staff are also very helpful and friendly as a late night visit to our room was required to address a TV malfunction. The front desk staff are obviously aware of this situation as we were asked at our first check in if we had kids (we don't) and we were given a room in the back of the hotel on the third floor - super quiet and greatly appreciated. It can make for a bit of ruckus in the evenings and an early crush in the morning for breakfast. This location seems to be very popular with families who travel for sports.
